No forms need to be completed after incorporation and there are no delays if you need to open a bank account quickly for your new company. The custom formation package is delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK mainland and includes the original Certificate of Incorporation, 3 bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, a professional loose leaf company register (including share certificates) 1 form 225 to change the accounting reference date if needed, 1 certificate of non trading and 1 Companies House Directors and Secretaries guide.
